CourseGraphic Tackle the basics of French pastry. Learn how to make Pate Brisee (all butter pie dough), Pate Sucree (enriched pastry dough), ganache, citrus curds, and mousses that can be assembled into rich and satisfying confections. Each student will take home one full-size dessert, recipes, and knowledge about how to bring a little bit of Paris into your own kitchen -- any time you want!
