The Level 2 Intermediate Certificate Course requires no previous knowledge and is the ideal starting place for students with limited understanding of wine or those who know something about particular types of wine but lack a breadth of knowledge. This course will enable students to interpret wine and spirits labels, explain the fundamentals of wine tasting, become familiar with the world's major wine regions and their principal wines, and give basic advice on wine selection and service. The course covers the major types, and includes tastings of more than 40 different wines and spirits of the world. Successful completion of a culminating multiple-choice exam earns students the Level 2 Certificate of the WSET. Tuition includes the WSET study pack and exam.

In this class, you will learn professional decorating techniques as well as quick and easy methods to make your cake a work of art. We’ll cover two types of delicious buttercreams (plus a “pratice buttercream”) to develop your skills. First, we'll start with cake prep, crumb crust, and simple decorating techniques: lines, dots, piping leaves & flowers, and writing, before moving on to trims and swags. You’ll even learn some down and dirty tricks of the trade for decorating a cake in just 10 minutes!
