Looking to unleash you inner chef? Roll up your sleeves and join us in our state-of-the-art kitchens for hands-on cooking, baking, wine, and cocktail classes. You won’t find a better spot in Boston for hands-on cooking classes to quench any culinary appetite.

Whether you'd like to learn basic cooking techniques, create exotic meals for a dinner party, or sharpen your knife skills, the BCAE has you covered. If your interests lie mostly in liquids, try one of our cocktail or wine courses.

The BCAE also offers the opportunity to work side by side with chefs from your favorite restaurants (from Boston and beyond). Look through our list of interactive classes to see which celebrity chefs are teaching each term.
