CourseGraphic Ahhhh. Winter is finally relenting its icy grasp. As the days get longer and the weather warms, one's fancy turns to the blossoming flowers, love, and...cheese. What better way to usher in the fairer months of the calendar than with bright, lively cheeses and a glass (or three) of crisp, refreshing wine? Join wine and cheese nerd Marianne Staniunas of Formaggio Kitchen for an evening celebrating the return of sunshine and hope. You'll sample cheeses and condiments from Europe and the states that show what the season is all about! Of course, an array of spring-worthy wines will be served alongside to make sure you shake off the winter chills. Viva la printemps!
